Because the First Edition is produced to preorder, returns are handled with care.
Exchanges: If you need to change size, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your dispatch notification. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before shipping.
Returns: If a return is required, items must be unworn, with tags, and returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Faults: If your item arrives faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve it.
